At GS & BD Electrics, we currently employ more than 25 full time staff. Our friendly and professional team includes qualified Electricians, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanics, Fire Protection Technicians, Apprentices and Office Personnel.
Our GS & BD team have extensive experience in undertaking industrial and commercial work, particularly in Mines, Abattoirs, Feedlots, Food and Processing Plants, Grain Facilities, Poultry Industries, Wineries, Fuel Depots, Service Stations and Hazardous Locations, Waste Water Plants, Pumping Stations and Schools, Government Offices and TAFE Facilities.
We have also been successful in complete project management of major electrical and mechanical works in the commercial sector from start to finish. This includes Nursing Homes, Clubs, High Rise Buildings, Airports, Hotels, Sporting Facilities and Educational Facilities.
From the initial design to final commissioning and the handover of projects, we have had extensive experience in a range of Design & Construct projects for clients with different electrical and mechanical needs.

As owner of Goman Foods and Farming I have had numerous large and small electrical construction and maintenance tasks. Building switch boards to handle up to 400 amps , installing inverters on variable speed fan motors or wiring a series of motors on a production line has always been completed without problems.
Recently a major upgrade to a 100 year old Punt Hotel has been complex and sometimes very difficult has been completed , by an excellent team from GS&BD.
The company responds very promptly for urgent call outs (especially to the pub), but logically non urgent jobs need to be booked , and are usually completed within a week.
Invoices are very detailed and reasonably priced.

The Barellan Tennis Club were recently successful in obtaining a grant to upgrade their tennis court facilities. With the assistance of GS & BD Electrics, who provided us with a quote several years earlier, we were able to install new lighting and provide our members a better playing experience with state-of-the-art lighting. I am not sure how we managed to play under the old lights, the new ones are so good! GS & BD Electrics were so easy to deal with, it is a lot to ask for quotes for grants when there is no guarantee of a job at the end of it. Once we were notified of our grant application GS & BD Electrics wasted no time in starting the project and had our lights up and running within a month. I would recommend GS & BD Electrics for any electrical or lighting requirements.

Leeton Shire Council has worked with GS&BD Electrics on several specialist lighting projects over a number of years.
